Advance Payment Policy

Before the commencement of any web development project, the client is required to pay the following fees in advance:

✓ Hosting Fees — The cost of web hosting for the agreed-upon duration must be paid upfront before the website is deployed.
✓ Domain Registration Fees — The cost of registering or renewing the domain name must be paid upfront.
✓ Service Charge — $10 USD — An additional service charge of ten dollars ($10) is required in advance to cover administrative and setup costs.

⚠️ Important: No development work will begin until all advance payments (hosting, domain, and the $10 service charge) have been received and confirmed. This policy ensures a smooth and committed workflow for both parties.

We want to make it absolutely clear that our role is strictly limited to web development and related technical services. We are professional developers — we design, build, test, and deploy websites and web applications.

We do not provide advertising, marketing campaigns, or promotional services. Our deliverables are technical in nature, including website code, design implementation, deployment, SEO optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

We hope and expect that there will be no complaints regarding web features that are delivered as per the agreed-upon project scope and specifications. Any feature requests or changes beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
